This presents a significant challenge to Nonprofits who use Salesforce and depend on their existing Everyday Hero → Salesforce integration or Excel-based file handlers used to transform and manually upload Everyday Hero data into Salesforce.
The good news is that MoveData already supports API integration between JustGiving and Salesforce (in addition to a wide range of other fundraising platforms), which can be used to minimise disruption and ensure completeness and accuracy inside Salesforce CRM.
The JustGiving integration takes notifications from JustGiving and pushes these via a standardised MoveData fundraising structure into Salesforce in ten minute intervals. Out of the box it maps to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, and can be extended should you have already customised your instance, or run a version of Salesforce which is not NPSP.
The integration is expansive and creates related campaign, contact, account and opportunity records in Salesforce whenever fundraising or donation information is generated on JustGiving. Further, the integration maps to Salesforce using Lightning Flows – which ensures easy configuration and ownership as your Salesforce grows and evolves over time.
And if you are looking to migrate campaigns over from Everyday Hero to JustGiving (or any other supported fundraising platform for that matter), your new campaigns can be set up to map to historical EveryDay Hero campaigns and data inside Salesforce too.
The JustGiving integration automatically imports data in ten-minute intervals, and maps directly to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. The integration costs $249 as a monthly subscription, and assuming you have not made significant modifications to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack we can have you live within 24 hours.

When a donation or registration notification is received from JustGiving, the associated campaign will be upserted into Salesforce. Campaigns respect parent/child hierarchy and build a Campaign → Team → Fundraiser structure.
