PayPal Giving Fund facilitates donations made via PayPal, Facebook and GoFundMe. PayPal Giving Fund doesn’t charge your charity a fee for its services. To use PayPal Giving Fund, all your charity needs is a verified and active PayPal business account. Frequency

PayPal Giving Fund does not have API capabilities to enable automated pushing of fundraising and donation data into Salesforce. Instead, donation file exports are available to download via the PayPal Giving Fund Admin. The structure of these files are supported, and can be uploaded into Salesforce using the MoveData Salesforce App. As soon as PayPal Giving Fund donation file exports are received, data is automatically pushed into Salesforce within seconds. Campaigns are nested which supports campaign, team, fundraiser hierarchies for easy reporting in peer to peer events. Data includes name, start date, fundraising page owner, parent campaign, status, campaign URL, fundraising target etc. PayPal Giving Fund is set as the parent campaign and child campaigns are created for PayPal, Facebook and GoFundMe which in turn can have nested child campaigns underneath.

Create Contact

When a donation, registration or recurring donation is created or updated in PayPal Giving Fund, MoveData creates or updates a contact record in Salesforce. MoveData runs your Salesforce duplicate rules when creating contacts for efficient duplicate management. Data includes first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, home address etc.

Create Account

When a donation, registration or recurring donation is created or updated in PayPal Giving Fund, MoveData creates or updates an account record in Salesforce. MoveData supports individual and company accounts and runs your Salesforce duplicate rules when creating accounts for efficient duplicate management. Data includes account name, address, primary contact etc.

Create Opportunity

When a donation is created or updated in PayPal Giving Fund, MoveData creates or updates an opportunity record in Salesforce.
