When a transaction is created or updated in TapRaise, MoveData creates (or updates) a corresponding payment record in Salesforce (Converse). This payment is automatically associated with the appropriate contact and/or account making the transaction and Salesforce campaign to which the payment relates. A payment profile record is created too.
When a pledge is created or updated in Raisely, TapRaise creates (or updates) a corresponding agreement record in Salesforce (Converse). The agreement is automatically associated with the appropriate contact and/or account making the pledge and Salesforce campaign to which the pledge relates. A payment profile record is created too.
