MoveData Professional Services
Requests to customise integrations, conduct technical investigations, and/or deliver new technical functionality is a paid service which operates in parallel to your MoveData subscription. These are subject to our Professional Services Agreement and are not subject to this Refund Policy.
GST And Other Taxes
All fees and pricing are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes such as GST.

Australia | Australian GST will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in Australia |
United Kingdom | United Kingdom VAT will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in the UK. Customers that provide a UK VAT ID before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice. |
New Zealand | New Zealand GST may be added to your purchase if your billing address is in Australia. Customers who provide a New Zealand Number (‘NZBN’) and confirm that they are registered for GST in New Zealand will not have GST added to their future invoice. |
European Union | VAT will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in the EU. Customers who are in the EU but are not in Ireland that provide a valid VAT ID before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice. Customers who are in Ireland that provide a valid VAT56B Authorisation Certificate before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice. |
Refunds
MoveData offers limited refunds, for its subscription services, which are only applicable in certain situations, as stated below. Refunds are granted:
- If we erroneously charge you after you have sent us a cancellation notice before the start of the month’s subscription.
- If you forgot to cancel your monthly MoveData plan, we’re happy to refund that charge on the following conditions:
- The cancellation has been communicated to us within 5 days of MoveData charging you; and
- You have not had any MoveData usage during the newly subscribed month.
- If you’ve purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel, we will cancel and offer you a full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Your request to cancel has been communicated to us within 30 days of purchasing the annual plan; and
- You have not used MoveData for any bulk loading or data migration activity
How To Cancel And Request A Refund
Please raise a support ticket if you qualify for a refund in line with the refund section above. Please note that refunds are not automated. You must contact MoveData Support to request a refund.
