GST and other Taxes
All fees and pricing are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes such as GST.
|Australia||Australian GST will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in Australia|
|United Kingdom||United Kingdom VAT will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in the UK. Customers that provide a UK VAT ID before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice.|
|New Zealand||New Zealand GST may be added to your purchase if your billing address is in Australia. Customers who provide a New Zealand Number (‘NZBN’) and confirm that they are registered for GST in New Zealand will not have GST added to their future invoice.|
|European Union||VAT will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in the EU. Customers who are in the EU but are not in Ireland that provide a valid VAT ID before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice. Customers who are in Ireland that provide a valid VAT56B Authorisation Certificate before payment will not be assessed VAT on their future invoice.|
MoveData Subscription – Refunds
MoveData offers refunds in certain situations. Please raise a support ticket here if you believe you are eligible for a refund.
Refunds are granted:
- If you were just charged for your next month of MoveData but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge.
- If you forgot to cancel your monthly MoveData plan, and you haven’t had any MoveData usage, we’ll give you a full refund up to the last 3 months with no MoveData usage.
- If you’ve purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel, contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we’ll offer you a full refund. Note: this right is forfeited if you have used MoveData for any bulk loading or data migration activity.
Please note that refunds are not automated. You must contact MoveData Support to request a refund.
