MoveData Subscription

The monthly subscription fee is as stated on our Pricing page.

Plans And Extensions

The Developer plan includes the MoveData app only. MoveData Extensions are optional and are included with the Single Integration and Multiple Integrations plans. If you install a MoveData Extension, your subscription will move to the corresponding plan at its then-current price from your next billing period, and we will let you know. If you did not intend to change plans, you can remove the Extension before your next billing period to remain on the Developer plan.

MoveData Professional Services

Requests to customise integrations, conduct technical investigations, and/or deliver new technical functionality are paid services which operate in parallel to your MoveData subscription. These are subject to our Professional Services Agreement and are not subject to this Refund Policy.

GST And Other Taxes

All fees and pricing are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes such as GST.

Location Tax Information
Australia Australian GST will be added to your purchase if your billing address is in Australia.
United Kingdom United Kingdom VAT will not be charged by MoveData on supplies to UK business customers. Under the general place-of-supply rule (VAT Act 1994, section 7A) the supply is treated as made where the customer belongs, and the UK business customer must account for any VAT due under the reverse charge (VAT Act 1994, section 8) at the applicable UK rate.

Refunds

MoveData offers limited refunds, for its subscription services, which are only applicable in certain situations, as stated below. Refunds are granted:

  • If we erroneously charge you after you have sent us a cancellation notice before the start of the subscription period.
  • If you forgot to cancel your monthly MoveData plan, we’re happy to refund that charge on the following conditions:
    • The cancellation has been communicated to us within 5 days of MoveData charging you; and
    • You have not had any MoveData usage during the new subscription period.
  • If you’ve purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel, we will cancel and offer you a full refund subject to the following conditions:
    • Your request to cancel has been communicated to us within 30 days of purchasing the annual plan; and
    • You have not used MoveData for any bulk loading or data migration activity.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where such rights apply, they operate in addition to this policy and, to the extent of any inconsistency, prevail.

How To Cancel And Request A Refund

Please email support@movedata.io if you qualify for a refund in line with the refund section above. Please note that refunds are not automated. You must contact MoveData Support to request a refund. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval.
