When a donation is created, updated or refunded in MyCause, MoveData creates an opportunity record in Salesforce. This opportunity record is automatically associated with related contact, account and campaign records attached to the MyCause donation.
When a registration is created or updated in MyCause, MoveData creates a campaign record in Salesforce. This campaign record is automatically associated with related contact and account records attached to the MyCause registration. Campaigns are nested which supports campaign, team, fundraiser hierarchies for easy reporting in peer to peer events. Note: MyCause sends registration information when a donation is made – a fundraiser must receive a donation before the associated records are created in Salesforce.
When a recurring donation is created, updated or cancelled in MyCause, MoveData creates a recurring donation record in Salesforce. The recurring donation record is automatically associated with related contact, account and campaign records attached to the MyCause recurring donation. Salesforce automatically creates a series of pledged opportunities associated with the recurring donation, and these are updated as “closed won” as subsequent donations are received.

Campaigns are nested which supports campaign, team, fundraiser hierarchies for easy reporting in peer to peer events. Data includes name, start date, fundraising page owner, parent campaign, status, campaign URL, fundraising target etc.
When a donation, registration or recurring donation is created or updated in MyCause, MoveData creates or updates a contact record in Salesforce. MoveData runs your Salesforce duplicate rules when creating contacts for efficient duplicate management. Data includes first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, home address etc.

MoveData supports individual and company accounts and runs your Salesforce duplicate rules when creating accounts for efficient duplicate management. Data includes account name, address, primary contact etc.
