GiveEasy’s API is poll-based which enables data to be pushed into Salesforce in ten minute intervals. This means that data from all events occurring over the given interval is batched and pushed into Salesforce with a maximum delay of ten minutes of an event occurring.
When a donation is created, updated or refunded in GiveEasy, MoveData creates an opportunity record in Salesforce. This opportunity record is automatically associated with related contact, account and campaign records attached to the GiveEasy donation.
